Cut a top-fold card measuring 5.1 x 5.1 inches (13 × 13 cm). Then cut the following pieces of paper: dark red 4.9 x 4.9 inches (12.5 × 12.5 cm), light pink 4.7 x 4.7 inches (12 × 12 cm), and kraft paper 3.9 x 3.9 inches (10 × 10 cm).

Adhere the dark red paper and the kraft paper to the top-fold card.

Die-cut a door from the light pink paper and die-cut the same door again from white paper.

Emboss the light pink paper using a die-cutting machine.

Lightly swipe an ink pad over the paper. The texture creates a beautiful effect and adds depth.

Adhere the treated pink paper onto the kraft paper.

Apply glue along the edges of the door, making sure the doors can still be opened.

Place and glue the door into the opening.

Attach punched hearts in various colours to hemp twine. For this project, use eight hearts.

While the glue is drying, write or stamp a message on the kraft paper

Secure the hemp twine to the inside of the doors.

Finish the project by adhering two punched doves to the kraft paper.
