1
Take a variety of different colours of paper and cut strips of 11.8 x 2.9 inches (30 x 7.5 cm). You need two strips per rosette of this size. If you would like to make a larger rosette, take 3 strips of 11.8 x 2.7 inches (30 x 7 cm), the rest of the steps are the same.
2
Take a strip of paper and score all the odd numbers (there is no score line at 5.9 inches (15 cm), but by sliding the paper it can still be scored).
3
Turn the paper over and score all even numbers to form a zigzag pattern.
4
Fold the paper along the scored lines to create a zigzag paper. Stick the ends together with double-sided tape until a circle is created.
5
Glue a piece of paper on the back (this can be in the shape of a circle) to form a rosette and to keep the paper in its shape.
6
On a different colour of paper, draw the shapes for a 'face' and cut them out.
7
Glue the face onto the rosette to make it complete. Let your creativity run free and make the most amazing figures! Tip: To hang up the rosettes, simply punch a small hole at the top or use a clothes peg, for example.
