Layer upon layer! With the layered stencils from Sizzix, you can get creative and build a beautiful card step by step. Each layer adds a lovely effect. Finish your card with a quote using foam tape.
Use the Vaessen Creative Stamp Easy Stamping Platform and stick a sheet of watercolour paper on it with washi tape. Lay the first stencil on top of this. The handy magnets will keep the stencil firmly in place.

Start by colouring (or stencilling) the first stencil with a dabber or ink blending tool. Don't want the colours to run? Then use waterproof ink.

Let the ink dry for a while and then continue with the other stencils until you have used all four.

When the ink is completely dry, detach the paper and cut it to a size of 5.5 x 5.5 inches (14 x 14 cm).

Take a piece of watercolour paper and stamp a quote on it with embossing ink. Tip: stamp several times for a better effect.

Sprinkle embossing powder on the stamped quote. Then shake the paper well so that all excess powder falls off.

Use a heat tool to melt the embossing powder.

Cut out the print along the text.

Cut a 5.9 x 5.9 inches (15 x 15 cm) sheet of coloured cardstock and then assemble the card with pieces of foam tape.
