Punch holly leaves from any colour of cardstock you like.

Glue two leaves together and allow them to dry thoroughly.

Use a piercing tool to make a hole through both leaves.

Thread the holly leaves onto the hemp cord. First measure the cord around your present to make sure the length is correct.
