Cut a double card from dark kraft paper, 10.2 x 5.1 inches (26 x 13 cm), folded: 5.1 x 5.1 inches (13 x 13 cm). Cut a square from light kraft paper, 4.9 x 4.9 inches (12.5 x 12.5 cm).

Rub an anti-static bag over the light kraft paper. Then stamp tulips with Versamark. Sprinkle red embossing powder over it and heat with a heat tool until the powder melts.

Repeat this process with white, blue, and gold embossing powder for a playful effect.

Stamp a windmill on dark kraft paper and die-cut it in a postage stamp shape.

Stick double-sided tape on the back of the stamp and attach a piece of white satin ribbon. Then add foam tape and stick it in the centre of the card. Your typically Dutch card is ready!
