Botanical ring with green paper plants

Create a fresh botanical decoration with green cardstock leaves and branches on a ring. Combine different shades of green and various leaf shapes for a natural eye-catcher in your home. This project is perfect for paper crafting and adds a stylish handmade touch to your interior.

Using lots of different dies of leaves and branches, in different sizes and shapes, cut these out in different colours of cardstock.

With the help of a glue gun, glue your punched out die cuts to make a base for your ring.

Then, using tacky glue build up your ring, arranging leaves in different shapes and colours until you are happy with the result.

Do not forget to cover the back of the ring with leaves to cover the glue from the glue gun!

Fold a piece of twine and tie this onto the top of your ring to use for hanging up your ring.

Tip; Do not throw your paper out which you have cut your leaves from! These pieces you can use as stencils to use with paint!
