Are you an experienced people manager with a passion for marketing? We are looking for someone to lead the team during an interim assignment, bringing structure and energy to drive projects forward. You maintain oversight, act as a sparring partner, and have a keen eye for both results and people.

What will you do?

As Interim Marketing Team Leader, you will be the main point of contact for the marketing team regarding:

• General and personnel-related queries
• Monitoring ongoing projects and making adjustments where necessary
• Leading weekly team meetings (3 times a week, 30 minutes each)
• One-on-one meetings (11 times a month, 30 minutes each)
• Tracking and discussing KPIs in bi-weekly sessions
• Focusing priorities on Q4 and Q1 projects

What do you bring?

• Experience as a team leader or people manager within marketing or a related field
• Strong skills in guiding people while maintaining an overview
• Availability for 18 hours per week, spread across Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, partly on site
• Ability to keep a team motivated and on track, even in a temporary role
• A good sense of humour, empathy, and a results-driven mindset
