What will you be doing?

You are the face of Vaessen Creative! As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be in direct contact with customers by phone, chat and email. You will answer their questions about products and their applications, financial matters and the logistics process.

In addition to customer contact, you will deal with administrative tasks on a daily basis, such as processing orders. From time to time, you will also assist suppliers or external visitors who report to us.

What are we looking for?

• An enthusiastic colleague who is available for 24–32 hours per week and enjoys helping customers;
• A completed MBO-level qualification or equivalent;
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Good command of German is an advantage;
• Customer-focused, flexible, results-oriented and a strong communicator;
• An outside-the-box thinker;
• Organised, able to work independently and eager to continue developing.
