Wish
someone a very 'Happy Easter!' with this beautiful card in pink and purple
shades from the Florence cardstock paper multi-pack Spring. Follow the easy
steps of this DIY and create your own Easter card filled with adorable Easter
bunnies!

Start by crafting the base card, cutting a sheet of hyacinth cardstock paper to 12 x 6 inches. Score the card lengthwise at 6 inches, creating a double card measuring 6 x 6 inches.

Determine which side will be the front of the card, place it diagonally in the paper cutter, and cut out a triangle.

Take a sheet of pink cardstock paper and cut two squares measuring 5.75 x 5.75 inches. Place one of the sheets diagonally in the paper cutter and cut out two triangles. Leave the other sheet square.

Now, use a sheet of rose and lilac cardstock paper, cutting two squares of 6 x 6 inches from each colour.

Insert the sheets from step 4 into an embossing folder, passing them through the die-cutting machine one by one.

Place the stencil that matches the embossing folder on the paper on a work surface. Apply ink to the paper using a dauber, doing this for both the rose and lilac paper.

Then, trim the edges so that the embossed paper measures 5.5 x 5.5 inches.

Take the rose sheet and cut it diagonally, ensuring that the pattern aligns well on the card.

Now, finish the edges of the embossed paper with ink using a dauber.

Use another sheet of rose and lilac cardstock, cutting various bunnies using the dies.

Darken the edges of the bunnies with a dauber and ink.

Grab the base card, the cut square sheet from step 3, and the lilac embossed sheet from step 5. Layer these on the inside of the card.

Flip the card and attach the bunnies to the diagonal side. Keep two bunnies separate for later.

Take the pink cardstock triangle from step 3 and the embossed pink sheet from step 5, sticking them on the front. Attach the other triangle inside the card for finishing touches.

Now, use the 'Happy Easter' die and a sheet of lilac cardstock, running them through the die-cutting machine.

Press the cut-out text into VersaMark ink and immediately sprinkle embossing powder over it.

Use a heat tool to melt the embossing powder.

Finally, affix the text to the base shape, attaching two bunnies behind it. Place this assembly on the front of the card, and your card is ready!
