Make a scrapbook with Bind Easy

Make a scrapbook with Bind Easy

Want to make a scrapbook and bind it neatly yourself? With Bind Easy, you can punch the cover and pages, then bind everything together into a sturdy A5 book. Fill your scrapbook with photos, memories and creative details. A lovely project for anyone who loves papercrafts.

1
Set the Bind Easy to the desired size. For this DIY, use A5, so set the alignment guide to G.
2
Place the cover against the alignment guide and slide it into the cassette. Press the handle down to punch the holes.
3
Remove the cover from the machine, move the paper and align the positioning pin with the correct hole.
4
Continue punching and repeat this until the entire side has been punched.
5
Cut the pages to A5 size, 21 × 14.8 cm, and punch them in the same way.
6
Place the 3:1 metal binding wire on the wire holder. Thread the inner pages onto the wire first, then the back cover with the outside facing up, and finally the front cover with the inside facing up. Cut off the excess wire with pliers.
7
Remove the booklet from the wire holder and place it in the closing channel. Set the closing channel to ½" and press the handle down. Repeat this along the full length of the binding wire until it is neatly closed.
8
Close your booklet and decorate it however you like!
