Cut a sheet of paper in half. Use orange ink, stamp the cupcake onto the card.

Use the acrylic block as a palette, by applying red, pink and black ink to it. Lift the ink from the palette with the brush pen.

Colour the print with pink and red ink. Create depth by colouring along the lines of the cupcake wrapper. Colour the cherry red and add black ink here and there to create shadow effects.

Paint around the cupcake using pink ink and the brush pen. Experiment with the ink and amount of water until you are happy with the result.

When the background is dry, use black ink to stap the text "Happy Birthday" above the cupcake and let the ink dry completely.
