Craft a cheerful paper Easter egg using colourful strips! A simple and fun idea for crafting at Easter, perfect for using up leftover cardstock and adding instant spring cheer to your home.
1
Use the largest egg-shaped die, place it on white cardstock, and run it through the die-cutting machine a few times. No die-cutting machine? Simply draw an egg shape and cut it out.
2
Cut 0,4 inch (1 cm) wide strips from various cardstock scraps. The length can vary.
3
Glue the strips onto the paper egg, leaving small gaps between them. Use glue or double-sided tape.
4
Trim the excess strips by cutting along the edge of the egg.
5
Punch a hole at the top, optionally using a hole punch.
