1
Punch 12 squares in a dark colour, 12 white squares and 24 squares in a light colour from paper or cardstock using a 0.6 x 0.6 inches (1.7 x 1.7 cm) square punch.
2
Cut a piece of cardstock to 4 x 5.3 inches (10.2 x 13.6 cm). Apply glue to the card step by step as you work.
3
Stick the squares onto the card. Start the first row with a light-coloured square, followed by a white square. Begin the next row with a dark-coloured square, then add a light-coloured square.
4
Repeat this pattern until you have created a gingham design.
5
Next, punch a large postage stamp shape from white cardstock using a postage stamp punch.
6
Stamp a sentiment in the centre of the postage stamp shape.
7
Attach a piece of dark cardstock to an A6 card base. Use the same dark colour as in the gingham pattern.
8
Finally, attach the cardstock with the gingham pattern to the card and place the stamped postage stamp shape in the centre.
