Vaessen Creative is an online shop for both private and business customers. We are the Netherlands’ largest supplier of craft materials, offering products from our own brand as well as other well-known names in the craft industry. For our logistics team, we are looking for someone who works precisely and accurately, can stay focused for longer periods of time and preferably has experience in logistics. If you are already familiar with, or have previously worked with, automated warehouse systems, that is a definite advantage. Do you also have a reach truck certificate? Even better!

What will you be doing?

• Picking orders using a handheld scanner and preparing them for shipment;
• Preparing orders for transport;
• Packing orders correctly and securely;
• Making sure customers receive their orders correctly and on time;
• If you have a reach truck certificate, you will also operate a reach truck.

What are we looking for?

• You have MBO-level working and thinking skills, or equivalent;
• You do not have a strict 9-to-5 mentality and do not mind working overtime occasionally;
• You have experience in logistics or in precision production work;
• You are able to work quickly and accurately while remaining focused for longer periods;
• You are willing to actively contribute ideas for improving processes;
• Previous experience with automated warehouse systems, such as Kardex Remstar, is an advantage;
• You have experience operating a reach truck.
