Using Mod Podge

Handy tools for your decoupage project are: one or more (foam) brushes in various sizes, a broad brush for large areas and a brayer (smoothing tool, also known as an ink roller) that you can use to thoroughly press everything to remove air bubbles and unevenness.

You can use each type to glue your project, provide it with a protective layer and finish it off with a beautiful topcoat. Are you going to decorate a mug that you want to be able to wash in the dishwasher? In that case, Mod Podge Dishwasher Safe is the best choice.
