Ink sprays

Ink sprays, also known as mist sprays, are easy to use and allow concentrated dyes to be applied quickly to porous surfaces such as paper, canvas, wood and clay. It only takes a short amount of time to complete a large background with full ink coverage. For adding smaller details we recommend using paintbrushes, stencils and other art supplies. Mask off any areas on your project that shouldn’t be spray painted with ink.

Experiment with different painting techniques to achieve unique results. Create water splashes with a paintbrush, layer and mix colours, spritz spray ink on a paper towel to lighten the colour, or spray onto a wipeable surface and press the blank canvas into the ink.

Dylusions Ink Spray

The high-quality ink sprays developed by craft designer Dyan Reaveley, called Dylusions ink sprays, are highly concentrated spray paints to create intense, vivid colours. They contain an acid-free, non-toxic and quick-drying ink that can easily be applied thanks to the fine mist spray nozzle. The water-reactive inks are perfect for colouring surfaces and backgrounds. To mix different colours, blend inks into each other or create impressive effects by adding water. Apply several layers of ink to improve opacity.

Adirondack Color Wash

Designer Tim Holtz has created a fine mist spray for Ranger, the Adirondack Color Wash series, which can be applied to any absorbent surface. The water-based ink can be applied to textiles for batik and tie-dyed looks. Permanently fix artwork by setting with a heat tool or iron.

Perfect Pearl Mists

Add a subtle pearly shine to every craft project with this handy transparent glitter spray. Shake and spray to add sparkles to paper, wood and fabric. For an intense dazzling effect, simply spray on several layers of the Ranger Ink Spray. The water-based ink can be used with stamps, templates and stencils to create specific shapes or designs on a variety of craft materials. Calendar Kits

Tattered Angels releases two new Calendar Kits every month. Each kit contains four bottled ink sprays that match a seasonal theme such as Valentine's Day, Christmas or Halloween. The ink sprays offer a nearly transparent colour mist with a touch of glitter. Each colour can be mixed with other colours or be used on its own.

Naturally Aged
