Additionally, the included envelope punch (2137-030) helps you round corners and create notches, giving your creations a professional finish. Made from high-quality material, the punch cuts effortlessly through various types of paper, from sturdy cardstock to scrapbook paper with cheerful patterns. The corner and notch punch is suitable for paper between 160 gsm and 250 gsm. Would you like to punch thinner paper? Then use a sheet of thicker paper, for example, 160 gsm, along with the thin paper, for best results. Punch through tin foil every now and again to keep the tag punch sharp.

How to use the scoring board to make envelopes

• Place the paper on the scoring board and ensure it is firmly aligned with the edges for accuracy.
• Select the correct score line based on the instructions and the desired size.
• Use the included bone folder to apply consistent pressure and create a precise fold line.
• Rotate the paper 90 degrees clockwise and align the scored line with the markings on the board. Repeat this process until you have made four score lines. Fold along the lines.
• Insert the paper into the punch and press the handle for sharp, neatly rounded corners. Rotate the punch 180 degrees to use the notch function.
