Then we are looking for you!

Together with your colleagues, you face the daily challenge of dispatching orders as quickly as possible. You are an organisational talent and ensure that everyone can carry out their work properly. Close cooperation with the coordinator is essential, and you will report to your manager.

Skills and knowledge

  • You have at least MBO+ working and thinking level;
  • At least 4–5 years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in a logistics environment;
  • You communicate well at both team and individual level;
  • You are hands-on, results-oriented and able to work well under pressure;
  • You are independent, accurate and have a proactive attitude;
  • You come up with practical and achievable solutions and are able to weigh up priorities effectively;
  • You are professionally focused and have good knowledge of various computer software and Office packages.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Managing and developing approximately 30 employees in a coaching role;
  • Coordinating and prioritising logistics activities;
  • Monitoring quality and safety;
  • Taking the lead in optimising the logistics process;
  • Organising team meetings;
  • Ensuring optimal staffing levels and facilitating the recruitment process;
  • Handling absence cases, where necessary in consultation with your manager;
  • Taking responsibility for opening and/or closing the premises;
  • Maintaining contact with a number of external partners.
