My parcel is damaged. What should I do?

It’s important that you check the parcel before accepting it. If the parcel is delivered by the courier in a damaged state, the courier should make a note of this. Add the following to your message:

  • a photo or video showing the defect or damage to both the shipping box and item
  • a clear description of the problem
  • the order number
