If your discount code isn't working, there could be various causes:
- The code has been entered incorrectly. The following characters are often confused: 1, lowercase and uppercase i or L. Do not use spaces before or after the code. You can prevent this by not typing the code, but copying and pasting it.
- The discount code has already been used.
- The discount code has expired because you returned to a different page during the payment process (for example, because you wanted to add something to your order). In this case, the system may register the discount code as 'used' even if you’ve cancelled the payment, causing it to expire. In this case, please get in touch with our customer service.
