How can I pre-order?

For selected launches, we offer the option to place a pre-order. This is how it works: 

Placing your order 

When a pre-order becomes available, you will receive an email from us. This email includes a link to the Excel order form containing: 

•  A collection overview
• Purchase prices 
• Recommended retail prices 

Please enter the desired quantities per item. 

Submitting your order 

Email the completed Excel order form to our customer service team at sales@vaessen-creative.com. 

Release date 

Where stated, products and images may only be shared online from the release date mentioned in the mailing. 

Processing & delivery

•  Pre-orders are processed as soon as the products become available 
• Pre-orders are dispatched first 
• Pre-orders are processed separately and cannot be combined with webshop orders 

Ordering & payment terms 

• Minimum order value: €75 excl. VAT 
• If the free-shipping threshold is not reached, shipping costs will be added 
• For prepay orders, you will receive the invoice by email once the order has arrived at our warehouse 
  → The shipment will be dispatched upon receipt of payment 

Did you know? 

Items that are not (sufficiently) in stock can also be pre-ordered. Please contact our customer service team for this. 

Would you like these items to be shipped together with a launch pre-order? Whether this is possible depends on the delivery time of both items. We therefore recommend discussing this with our customer service team in advance.
