How do I return an item?

As a consumer, you can return an item within 30 days after the delivery date. Submit your return by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include the following details:

• Order number (starting with (C)1000...)
• ⁠Item number(s)
• ⁠Quantity per item number
• ⁠Reason for return for each item

Once customer service has approved the return request, you will receive instructions for returning and an RMA number. Please make sure to note this number clearly on the box.
