If your discount code isn't working, there could be various causes:
The following characters are often confused: 1, lowercase and uppercase i or L. Do not use spaces before or after the code. You can prevent this by not typing the code, but copying and pasting it.
Some discount codes can only be used once. Have you already applied the code to a previous order? Then it is unfortunately not possible to use the same code again. Also check whether the discount may already have been applied in your shopping basket. Are you unsure whether the code is correctly shown as used? Please contact our customer service.
The discount code has expired because you returned to a different page during the payment process (for example, because you wanted to add something to your order). In this case, the system may register the discount code as 'used' even if you’ve cancelled the payment, causing it to expire. In this case, please get in touch with our customer service.
Discount codes are not valid on products from the brands Loklik, Cricut and Brother, and cannot be applied to already discounted items.
