Short review: You have the opportunity to write a brief text sharing your experience with the product.
Pros and cons: We ask you to list any positive and negative aspects of the product.
All reviews are manually read by a staff member to ensure they comply with our guidelines. This may take a few days. Reviews with inappropriate content, such as offensive language or irrelevant information, will not be approved.
To ensure your review is approved, please follow these guidelines:
Be honest: Share your true experience, including both positive and negative aspects.
Relevance: Make sure your review is about the product itself, not about Vaessen Creative’s service (for service feedback, please leave a separate review).
No personal information: Avoid including personal details like phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses.
No inappropriate content: Reviews must not contain offensive language, discrimination, or insults.
Language: Reviews can be written in Dutch, English, French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
There may be several reasons why a review is not published:
The review does not comply with the above guidelines.
The review only comments on Vaessen Creative's service, not the product.
The review contains irrelevant information (e.g., price details or external links).
The review is too short (less than 4 words) or contains inaccurate information.
How is the average score calculated?
The score of a review is based on the overall rating (the 1-5 stars) you provided. We calculate the average score of all reviews and round it to the nearest half star. Reviews are not rated based on specific product features, but only on the general rating.
Can I edit or delete my review?
You cannot edit or delete your review yourself. If you would like to make changes, please contact our customer service. We are happy to assist you, for example, if you wish to update your opinion about a product over time.
What happens to old reviews for new or updated products?
Sometimes we use reviews from previous versions of a product for new variants of the same product, such as when a new storage capacity is added. We always mention which variant of the product the original review applies to.
Authenticity of Reviews
We check the authenticity of reviews by manually reading them and ensuring they are written by customers who have actually purchased the product. Reviews that do not comply with our guidelines will be rejected. We do everything we can to ensure that the reviews on our website are honest and trustworthy.
Paid Reviews
Vaessen Creative does not publish reviews where customers are rewarded, receive cashback, or get discounts for writing a review. Reviews should always be voluntary and based on genuine experiences.
