The Tim Holtz Distress Ink re-inker contains concentrated liquid inks that are well suited for inking the matching Distress Ink pads. Please note that there are separate refills for Distress Ink and Distress Oxide. The glass bottle has a dropper that makes it easy for you to apply the ink to the felt stamp pad.
